Graduated from De Montfort University with a First Class BEng (Hons) in Mechatronics & Robotics Engineering.
Joined a technology startup soon after graduating and saw how a focused idea can become a meaningful product.
Built a career in advanced automotive engineering at Jaguar Land Rover, working across complex programmes and global technology partnerships.
Created a platform designed to help local creativity, stories and businesses reach audiences beyond the region.

Engineering experience shaped an entrepreneurial vision.
Dishank Patel is the founder of DamanDiu.store. Born in Kachigam, Daman and now based in Leicester, United Kingdom, he works in vehicle integration engineering at Jaguar Land Rover in Gaydon.
His work has involved advanced automotive and technology programmes, senior stakeholders and organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, NVIDIA, Gentex, Porsche and McLaren. Combined with his early startup experience, this shaped a belief in building practical ideas that can grow into lasting platforms.
The ambition is to build the digital home of Daman & Diu.
